Recently had my badly stained lounge carpets cleaned by Rapid Dry, initially chose them due to the amazing testimonials, so gave them a go and was not by any means let down. Heath and Jeannie provided such an allround amazing service, from the initial friendly informative point of contact, to the follow up email confirming time of arrival, and handy tips for on the day of the clean etc, the clean itself was absolutely amazing and in all honesty didn't think the stains could be removed but the carpet is looking brand new with no signs of the stains that used to cover my lounge floor. As a business owner myself I understand and appreciate what it takes to provide an overall great service and these guys most certainly delivered, will most definitely be referring their amazing service on to others!!
